Broken link to Adobe Air license in apache-flex-sdk-installer-config.xml

Hi Guys,

I have noticed that we have broken link [1] to Adobe Air SDK license. I
would like to correct that. Do you know whether this one [2] is ok ?

I don't think we want to use a link to labs.adobe.com.  I'm checking with the AIR folks to find out what to do.  Will report back.

Today, the re-posted the license, but at a different URL.  I've requested that put in a redirect at the old URL.  We'll see.
The license URL is in a data file on dist.a.o, so we could modify the data file.
